Upon final project payment, 100% full commercial copyright ownership of the agreed vector logo design mark and brand assets is transferred to the client. Logo Wala retains the right to display the completed work in our digital portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.
Design concepts and revisions are executed based on the agreed project scope brief. Final master file delivery includes vector AI, EPS, SVG, and high-resolution PNG/PDF formats.
